There are no shortages of diets, supplements, trainers and programs that are vying for your attention and money.

It’s a buyer’s market when it comes to health and fitness.

Like any industry, there are good and bad – trainers, diets and programs. Some work and others are questionable, if not, dangerous.

If you can weed out the questionable and the under-qualified people giving you advice, then we are left with a whole bunch of programs that COULD deliver results.

You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars per hour on highly specialised personal training to take you from point A to point B (but some coaches will probably bullsh*t and tell you otherwise…)

The truth is, you could find the same answers online with a bit of time and effort.

Not everyone has the time and energy to research what they could do themselves without the guidance and helpful hand of a trainer or coach.

Paying for a coach, program or book is a way to shortcut mis-steps and get you towards your goals quicker!

But don’t get sucked in to thinking, “if I pay more, then I’m going to get better results or it will be easier.”

“Premium or exclusive fitness” is a joke.

Scented towels, body lotions, treadmills with built-in TVs, high-tech assessments and equipment make you soft and stupid.

At the end of the day, to get a significant result, you’ll be required to actually do the work and follow through over weeks, months and years.

Yes you can pay someone top dollar to tell you what to do, but be careful they’re not spoon-feeding you and leaving you incapable of being able to fend for yourself.

The sign of a good coach or program is educating for self-sufficiency. Teaching the principles and not just the methods.

Compliance is much higher when you can understand why and how to do something. Rather than waiting for your coach to tell you to turn the treadmill on…

The secret to attaining the results you want is picking ONE program, ONE coach, ONE diet and ONE style that suits you and your lifestyle. Then, your job is to get EXCELLENT at the fundamental basics and principles of the program or methods.

Don’t be a health and fitness “rainbow chaser” – Chopping and changing programs to the latest trend OR the newest flashing lights gym studio, doesn’t enable you to get good or master anything.

There is no silver bullet and magic program that will replace consistency and mastery of the basics. That’s what we do. We get you EXCELLENT at the basics with skills that will last you a lifetime.
