A live education seminar with Best Body Co. head coaches Adam and Olivia to teach you about nutrition for the challenge.

Weigh-ins

You’ll get 2 x weigh-ins and before & after photos so you can track your progress. Commit to training with CAMP and you’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in just 4 weeks.

Detailed Nutrition Guide & Meal Plans

Maximise your results with the right nutrition. Choose from the Ultimate Fasting Challenge Nutrition Plan (if you are fasting) or the Original 6in4 Challenge Nutrition Plan, to lose 6kg in 4 weeks.

The key to success is having a sustainable diet that you can follow. You will receive healthy recipes to inspire you and keep you 100% satisfied and never hungry.
