Formerly a Marketing & Brand Manager for leading global companies such as L’Oreal and Fitness First Middle East, Olivia left her successful corporate career to focus on helping others achieve a happy and balanced lifestyle through health and fitness, working as a professional coach and results-based personal trainer in Dubai. With several years of experience in Australia and the UAE as a qualified Group Exercise Instructor, certified Advanced BodyPump, RPM and Grit Strength Coach, Olivia excels in delivering engaging and challenging group sessions that push her clients to their limits and get maximum results! In addition, she creates effective and efficient, personalised training programs for 1-1 clients to maximise strength performance, build lean muscle and improved body composition to fit within a busy corporate lifestyle.

Olivia believes that you shouldn’t have to spend hours on end in the gym, doing loads of cardio and eating next-to-nothing, boring rabbit food, to get a strong, lean, sculpted physique and achieve your best body yet! With the right coach, education and technique, you can unlock the key to lifestyle balance and a body that you are proud of! Having worked in the past in a demanding, full-time corporate job, balanced with working as a freelance coach, fitness model competitor, powerlifting athlete, home chef, wife to Coach Adam and all-round #onefitwonderwoman, Olivia can empathise with many of her clients, knowing first-hand how challenging it can be to keep going, stay motivated and “do it all??? when life gets in the way. With experience juggling all of these demands, she’ll equip you with the tools to live your best life and achieve your best body!
