A member may cancel an agreement from the day you join the contract (i.e. the date payment was made for the 6in4 Challenge program) until 72 hours before the date of the first class for reasons including, but not limited to: medical reasons, business or leisure travel, family grievance or loss. Proof of medical certificate, travel plans or otherwise must be provided in order to be eligible for a refund, to be determined at the discretion of Best Body Co.
If you cancel the agreement within the acceptable time period (at least 72 hours prior to the first class based on the challenge cycle you have signed up for), we have 15 days to refund your money as per the original mode of payment, less any fees incurred (such as credit card or bank fees).
As a first-time member, once you have received the education materials (nutrition guide and meal plan) you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances. The education materials are provided to all first-time members within 24-48 hours of their first class for the challenge.
Our refund policy is based on our per class person limit as well as our inability to accept new members throughout the entirety of the cycle. New members may be accepted late into the challenge at the discretion of Best Body Co. and new members starting the challenge late, do so at their own risk. Notifications of cancellations, refunds and requests for class/challenge transfers must be made in writing to email@example.com.
In the event of a member cancellation within the 72 hour notice period (i.e. less than 72 hours before the first class of the challenge cycle), Best Body Co. will not be able to offer any refund. In the event of a member cancellation outside of the 72 hour notice period (i.e. more than 72 hours before the first class of the challenge cycle), Best Body Co. will refund 100% of the challenge fees paid, less any fees incurred (such as credit card or bank fees). Best Body Co. cannot accept responsibility for changes to customer work commitments or personal circumstances. For refunds, cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the first class (challenge dates published at www.bestbodyco.com)
Non Attendance (No Show):
If a member fails to inform Best Body Co. of their cancellation within 72 hours, or fails to attend the challenge, 100% of challenge fees will not be refunded or allocated to a later challenge cycle. Best Body Co. cannot accept responsibility for changes to client work commitments or personal circumstances.
Best Body Co. reserves the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule the challenge due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances.
i. If a challenge is cancelled, Best Body Co. will fully refund the challenge fee to affected members.
ii. If a member is not able to finish the cycle due to circumstances beyond their control, Best Body Co. may offer the member the option to attend another cycle on a pro rata basis. Examples of circumstances beyond the control of the member include serious illness, injury or accidents, mandatory work travel or immediate family grievances, decided upon discretion of Best Body Co.
iii. No refund will be made to members who do not attend classes or do not finish the challenge.
iv. Members will be advised that a 72 hour cancellation policy prior to the first class of the challenge applies to all registrations. 72 hours notice prior to the first class of the challenge (whether or not you physically attend this first class) will be required if you wish to cancel a registration.
v. Cancellations made within 72 hours of cycle commencement will not be refunded.
vi. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on the website; it may be subject to later alteration or amendment in the light of policy changes, challenge updates or other constraints.
