We’ve teamed up with MOTION Cycling to help you get your Best Body – a unique challenge for women that includes riding & lifting weights to maximise your results in just 4 weeks.
We’re excited to bring back the new and improved MOTION x BEST BODY CO. Challenge at MOTION Cycling in Business Bay – this program has been designed exclusively for Ladies Only and is a 4-week challenge designed you help you get fit, strong, tone and shape your body!
To make sure you get best results and achieve your Best Body, you’ll learn about nutrition and healthy eating to help you get leaner and more toned, plus you will receive a body fat analysis and measurements to help check your progress!
The challenge includes:
12 x classes at MOTION Cycling
4 x Strength & Conditioning classes with Best Body Co. Head Coach Olivia McCubbin at Platform Ladies Gym, every Saturday from 11am – 12pm during the Challenge period
The MOTION x BEST BODY CO. Challenge
Orientation Seminar – Friday 24th January 10am – 12pm
Book MOTION Classes – Friday 24th January – Thursday 20th February
Strength & Conditioning Classes – every Saturday during the Challenge period
Graduation / Final Weigh-in – Friday 21st February 12pm – 2pm

THE MOTION CHALLENGE INCLUDES:
Complete 16 x classes in 4 weeks
We challenge you to complete 12 x classes at MOTION Cycling AND 4 x Strength Training Sessions at Platform Ladies Gym in 4 weeks from 24th January – 21st February.
The 12 x classes at MOTION can be completed in your own time, whenever suits you. Every Saturday from 11am – 12pm during the Challenge, all members will train with Best Body Co. Head Coach Olivia McCubbin in a private Strength & Conditioning session at Platform Ladies Gym, Nad Al Hamar.
We’ll introduce you to our Head Coach at Best Body Co. Olivia (also known as @onefitwonderwoman on Instagram) who will teach you about nutrition, healthy eating and supplements to help you get your Best Body during the 4-week MOTION x Best Body Co. challenge!
We’ll give you a detailed nutrition guide and meal plan that are 100% easy to understand, quick and easy to prepare and fool-proof for guaranteed results! You just have to stick to the plan! If you don’t want to cook and want healthy meals delivered to you, you’ll get an exclusive discount with our local meal plan partner (Note: meal delivery is an additional cost).
The best way for you to stay committed and on track with your goals is to surround yourself with a team of other ladies that want to achieve similar health and fitness goals to you!
