At some point we all go through those periods where we put our time, effort and hard earned money into our health and fitness… then eventually we realise we have either stayed the same or actually gone backwards.

Take confidence in knowing what did and didn’t work.
“What will I do next time?”
“Is there something I should avoid?”
“What do I like or dislike?”
Did you pick a trainer that looks at themselves in the mirror and at Instagram whilst they should be training you?
Being reflective and honest will help you put your best foot forward.
Learning and taking action will build confidence.
Then with direction and momentum, it’s only a matter of time till you get what you want!
